    Description

    This auction is for a 1920's Van Briggle 3 Indian Head Lamp. The lamp base is Dark Mulberry.   It is marked on the bottom "Van Briggle Colo Spng".  There is a Double AA mark but it is mostly under the lamp base. You can just see part of the square. The lamp works and has a new cord and plug.  The socket is for a 3way bulb.  I tested the lamp with just a regular bulb.
    The vase measures approximately
    11-1/2" tall, the lamp overall  25-1/2" tall, the base
    6-1/2" x 6-1/2".   The lamp weighs just over 5 pounds.  The lamp has a chip around the upper edge.  I show a closeup in the second to last photo.  It is just under the cap.    One of the Indians has a chipped nose, it looks like a manufacturers flaw.  The glaze is over the chip.  I show a closeup in the last photo.  There is a little rust on the base.  It is cast iron with a brass finish, it has a nice weight to it.  This is an "As-Is" auction so please see all photos and feel free to ask questions.
