Description
For sale is my 1969 Triumph Trident T150. One of the very first to be made with the beauty Kit for the American market. 750cc with original 4 speed gearboxI’ve had this bike for about 12 years now and it really is a lovely thing. Starts, runs and rides very well. I have done quite a lot to it over the years, most recently a top end re build. Cylinders bored and honed by big d cycles with new pistons and rings fitted +0.001 over. Valves re ground with new seals and gaskets.
It has a few nice little up grades for reliability and performance. Recently fitted Boyer electronic ignition with a solid state regulator/rectifier, and a new stator plate so its charging well. Progressive springs on the front and Hagon shocks. Borranni shouldered alloy rims. Mikuni carbs
It has a few dings and scratches here and there as you can see from the photos but it retains its beautiful original paint and pin stripping from the factory. Seat is in very nice shape and all the lights, switches, horn, speedo and rev counter work as they should. Drips a bit of oil when hot but nothing too bad.
3 into 1 exhaust was fitted when I purchased it and sounds fantastic!
All in all, a very nice, useable classic that it easily capable of keeping up with modern traffic. Lots of fun to ride and the howl of the triple engine on song is just lovely!
All the usual stuff applies, I would strongly recommend having a look in person to satisfy yourself as to condition, just send me an email to arrange. Sold as seen. Buyer is responsible for arranging shipping and obviously cash on collection is preferred! Sold with a bill of sale and a transferable registration
