2012 Honda Civic SI

Description

2012 Civic SI Coupe, purchased by us in 2013 with ~12k miles.   Hard to find Sunburst Orange Pearl.  Clean Title in my hand and name with a clean Carfax behind it.  We are the second owners.
I have all the maintenance records under our ownership and the oil consumption issue was fixed under warranty at 30k miles by Honda of Cleveland in Cleveland TN.
The car has served as my Wife's daily driver for the last 9 years.  Mileage is approximately 103k and will go up gradually as she still drives it.  The car has never been tracked or raced.  Never modified and is 100% stock (with the exception of cross drilled front rotors).
Oil has been changed every 5k miles using full synthetic and all maintenance done by either myself or the local Honda dealer.
All options work as they should.  Car has minor chips typical with a car this age.  Paint is in overall good condition and is all original.  Car has never been wrecked or painted and all panels retain the original VIN stickers. Interior is in overall good condition with two small black spots next to the sun visors and loose fabric on the center console armrest.  Carpet is near perfect and has Weathertec floormats in the front (original "SI" mats will be included).  Trunk has OEM Honda rubber liner.
I have recently replaced the tires with Continentals (less than 500 miles), newer battery and alternator (about a yr old), and the rear shocks have been replaced in the last 3 years.  The car has been super reliable and we are only selling it to buy a bigger family vehicle.
Car is located in Knoxville, TN and can be inspected upon request.  PPIs are welcome BEFORE purchase.
