I manufactured the "Turning Tip" to also be 60" from the "Base". ( See the picture. )
FULL 4" of Edge Distance everywhere.
More Plastic. More Strength.
( Try not to buy the twinky side ways, turning arrow or arrows that have have no "edge distance". )

Matching Heights.
Either wipe off the wet over spray or...do like I do; ...let the over spray dry.
Then...bend the Low Density Polyethylene Plastic ( LDPE ) and the dried over spray peels off.
And...this material is 1/8" thick. ( I also list these in the thinner, 1/16" material. )
