    As much as we would like to offer these policies to the average person doing their own  work, our reasoning for this is to ensure we protect both ourselves and you as the buyer by having a  third party that is ultimately responsible for the proper installation of the purchased part. This allows us  to ensure that it is installed correctly by trained professionals, and in the event that it is damaged, lost  or destroyed during the install process that we both have someone to hold accountable for  reimbursement for said part. We cannot be expected to refund or replace a part due to negligence of  the installer.
    We offer a 30 day warranty on all items that are in “used” or “new” condition, please see

    This documentation must include the shop name, address,  and phone number for verification.

    No handwritten receipts or emails  are accepted. We are not responsible for  the cost of any labor incurred for installation, removal or programming of said part. Only the cost of the  part will be refunded.

    NON-ACCEPTED RETURNS:
    1:
    We will not accept returns on any parts that have broken tamper seals or damage that was incurred  after being accepted by the buyer or incurred during install by the automotive repair facility.  It is the buyer's responsibility to maintain the part in good condition prior to installation and to seek reimbursement from the installing facility in the event of damage.  ALL of our parts that we sell are marked/serialized and recorded for our protection.  Some of these markings may or may not be visible on the outside of the item.  All electronic items are marked internally then tamper sealed.  All returned items will be inspected prior to refind and ebay will be notified of any altering or removal of said seals.

    We will not accept returns on accidental purchases due to lack of research on if the part will work for your specific needs or correct any specific problem you may be having with your vehicle.
    PLEASE
    verify that the part you are replacing matches exactly with the part you are purchasing and or consult your local dealership  to aid in your research to ensure you are buying the correct part. This includes  any part that was bought to “test” a fault or bought without confirming the purchased part would be the remedy to an ongoing issue in your vehicle.  If we decide to waive this stipulation you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

    We will not accept returns due to buyer's remorse or because a better deal was found elsewhere after the item has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order please message us immediately prior to shipping.
