    Description

    I inherited this delicate beauty from an antique appraiser many years ago and was told that it was circa 1900.  It is approx. 17"H x 14"W x 12"D, weighs 1 pound, 7.5 ounces and is made of two separate pieces.  This would be a beautiful addition to a collector or to one who appreciates conversation pieces.  It has been admired by many who visit.  It has intricate detail and delicate craftsmanship and is missing one pick on the lid at a corner that is rarely noticeable (see pics before bidding).  For its age, it is in great condition but I am leaving the cleaning to the buyer.  The lid sits on the bottom and has beautiful Asian fish carvings at the top.  The bottom of the piece is removable and is connected by turn knobs on the interior of the floor bottom (see pic).  Please contact me if you have any questions before bidding.  I am shipping to the continental US only and thank you for looking.
