Our excellent original Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP is characterized by a particularly light sour note in the aftertaste.
Refined with fresh hand-picked, spicy-smelling sage and further matured in the barrel, this balsamico experiences a particularly intense herbal note and a wonderful aroma. Without flavors or flavor enhancers, without emulsifiers or sugar / sweeteners.
Not filtered, but an enriched excellent Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP. Aged in barrel with small pieces of herbs that enrich every dish. Here you can taste pure nature. Already when opening the bottle a particularly appetizing fragrance escapes from it.
A generous 3% herb content creates a delicate flavor that adds a fruity and aromatic note to your dishes.
From production to barrel aging and bottling, all steps are lovingly done by hand and not by machine mass production. No unnecessary and superfluous substances are added. Ideal for classic Italian appetizers such as bruscetta, tomato mozzarella or antipasti. Of course, also suitable for fresh mixed salads, fish or meat dishes and even desserts. The herb pieces intensify the flavor of salads. Or use the balsamic vinegar as a marinade. For unusual barbecue evenings, marinate the meat overnight. This makes the meat particularly tender and gives it a fine sweet and sour fruity note. Also for desserts or the last course, dill balsamic is simply a delicacy over the cheese platter. The spicy flavor of dill balsamic also makes an interesting combination with various oils such as sesame oil, peanut oil, walnut oil, hazelnut oil and pistachio kernel oil.

Our pointed corks are pure natural products from sustainable harvest. They were cut from one piece of the bark, then heated at more than 65 degrees (core temperature) for several hours and are thus thermally disinfected (no poisons and chemicals, only heat).
