BEAUTIFUL FULL LENGTH PAGEANT DRESS BY HIGH END BRAND TIFFANY.  Size is not marked on the tag but is in the Girl’s 8 SHORT range – please refer to measurements as shown in photos.  43 inches from shoulder to bottom.  See measurements in photos.
Color is a very, very pale pastel green (looks white in photos but is pale green).  Four layers of tulle over a solid satiny layer.  Top tulle layer is very fine mesh; second layer is a very sparkly mesh that shines through the top layer – SPARKLES when light shines on the dress – so pretty on stage.  Third and fourth layers of tulle are very stiff mesh that helps give pouf to the dress.  Bodice is decorated with tiny sequins and beads – easy to paste more jewels to both bodice and skirt if you want more glitz.     Attached crinolines (6
th
layer) – we did not need any extra petticoats but room to add if you want more pouf. Zipper closure on back.
Dress has an attached crinoline layer but certainly has room for added petticoats if you want more pouf - dress is shown with and without a hoop petticoat.  D
ress can certainly be worn without one – it is just a matter of how much pouf you want.
Very Good Used Condition – see photos.  May have a loose/missing sequin/jewel (preowned pageant dresses usually do) definitely nothing that detracts from dress.
