Collins 32S-1 Transmitter With 516E-1 Power Supply And Cables-Please Read!

Collins 32S-1 Transmitter. Listed for parts as I cannot test them, but definitely a good chance they work, they were bought at an estate sale with other high end Ham radio equipment on hand. I was told they work, but do not feel comfortable trusting without being able to test. One other negative is they definitely came from a smoking home. I cleaned them up and a lot of yellow came off, but it would take some elbow grease to erase the smoke smell. That all being said, the transmitter and box are in great cosmetic shape, as is the face. All dials turn smoothly. The manual has lots of pictures and instructions, looks like a lot of extra printed pictures of the unit. The power supply has some staining on it, but is free of dents.
