    This coin was minted in 2000 and is in mint condition.
    Obverse:
    An image of the Eagle established as the state emblem of the Republic of Poland, a notation of the year of issue, 20–00 on both sides of the Eagle, below the Eagle an inscription, ZL 2 ZL, in the rim an inscription, RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA, preceded and followed by six pearls. The Mint’s mark, , under the Eagle’s left leg.
    Reverse:
    An image of two children with map of Europe in the background and inscription, SOLIDARNOSC 1980-2000.
    On the edge:
    An inscription, NBP, eight times repeated, every second one inverted 180 degrees, separated by stars.
