    Up for bid is a game used bat of Astros HOF Second Baseman, Craig Biggio.  This Louisville Slugger model H176 bat dates to the 1991 to 1997 labeling period.  This bat can be further narrowed down to the signature model (signed late in 1992) and spiral tape (starting late 1993 and early 1994), and lighter pine tar (heavy tar started late 1995 through end of his career).
    Craig's #7 is on the knob and barrel end.
    The bat is completely uncracked with no damage or pieces missing.  T

    e bat shows moderate use with pine tar, wear to the handle tape, ball marks, and cleat marks.  The bat has a heavy laquer finish, further dating it to the mid 1990s.  Craig has signed the bat in black sharpie.
    The bat was obtained from a former Astros employee that was close to Craig.  The owner kept it in his possesion until recently.  We guarantee the bat and autograph will pass any third-party authentication.
    Craig played 20 MLB seasons with the Houston Astros.  He collected 3,060 career hit and was elected the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2015.
