1 / Upon your purchasing, send me your reference picture of the person, pet, clothes, etc (front view reference works best).
Tell me any special details if your reference picture is not clear.
2 / From the time I get the order confirmation and all the details needed to create your portrait, you should expect in no more than 1-5 business days for the preview to be sent. You can change or fix the preview until you feel everything is good. Please allow 1 or 2 business days between reviews for me to make the required modifications. Let me know if you need rush. I'll try to adjust the making process to meet your time.
3 /You will get DIGITAL FILE in ISO (A4 29.7X21cm) papers size or 8x10 inch with High Quality 300 dpi in [JPG] and [PDF]. Let me know if a specific size is preferred when you purchasing :)

Colors might vary depending on the monitor and printer used, that is out of my control. The files I'll send are for print and monitor type of file on the final picture. The whole complete file will be sent through your registered email.
