    Here is a WORKING Harris THE-1  FM exciter.I It comes with the factory manual and slide out rack frame.It powers up,locks on frequency and, has RF output.The manual explains how to change frequency. Buying this exciter means that you or your company has an FCC license to operate this unit. One power supply cap and the fan was replaced some time ago. Being vintage electronics, it should have caps replaced and benched checked on a SA.
