This item was removed from service in a food service facility during a renovation and put into storage, and later entered into the surplus program.

I am unable to test this item, and I don't know what may have happened to this item while in storage, so it may need some sort of maintenance or repair in order to work properly (e.g. the plumbing parts on the back, etc).
Physical condition is good, with normal signs of previous use as shown.  The white streak on the bottom looks like drywall mud to me, but I'm not sure.  It's on the metal surface.  The protective film is still on the stainless front panel.
