from ham radio estate , first time I have run across one of these...  Lights up, and lights change when knob is turned....
no further testing done.  I wiped down.  knob could use q-tip cleaned more.  good cord.  was missing one foot I added a foot I had , sits good, but not the exact foot.
you are buying just what is pictured.   nothing else included....
