HEATHKIT MODEL VHF-1 SENECA VHF TUBE TRANSMITTER - HAM RADIO - 2 & 6 METERS

This listing is for a Heathkit Model VHF-1 Seneca 2 & 6 Meter Tube Transmitter.
The transmitter was powered up on a VARIAC. That was the only testing done on the transmitter. The pilot lights and tubes lighted up. Because of this I am selling the transmitter on a "
Parts or Not Working
" basis with no returns accepted.
The cabinet and parts of the chassis have some scratches as shown in the photographs.
All of the controls turn freely. The "Frequency" dial turns but is no longer connected to the dial pointer. The dial pointer will need to be reattached to the dial cord.
I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT THE NEW OWNER REPLACE ALL CAPACITORS AND ALL NECESSARY PARTS FOR OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE.
The original manual is included.
