this is a used item- the unit for measure is a Honeywell 52nt and goes from 0-40 kilovolts
cable is insulated for 15,000 volts e-13834 -gto 15,000 volt(ul) is on cable
the cable runs between the hot sticks and onto the gauge
this is a longer metal case for storage but has wear on the box and isndie as well-
no instructions manual
