For sale- an Instron A1668-1008A Model 8500 Data Acquisition Board.
I guess that is an appropriate name for it, I see an A1668-2008 board for the 8500 Plus being offered as a Data Acquisition Unit and in fact that one has Data Acquisition Unit printed on the board edge about where this one has the A1668 sticker
Presumably the 2008 variant is a later version, and I cannot say whether the two might be interchangeable or not.
This was pulled from an Instron 8500 series Controller/CPU.
I sold several of these computers to good reviews but the last one the case was coming apart so I decided to just part it out.
Comes with nothing other than the board that you see in the pictures.
Untested, sold as is, and NO warranty is offered.
However, IF you pay the asking price and find it has a problem you cannot live with within 14 days of receipt you may return it.
Returns are ONLY allowed on Buy It Now Purchases.
Accepted Best Offers are strictly an as is sale, no returns allowed.
Return would be for a refund of the purchase price, not including shipping costs.
Just so that we are clear on that, this is an item that has not been thoroughly tested.
As such it may work fine or it may have problems, so any purchase entails a certain degree of risk.
