Classic Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP 500ml, an Italian vinegar in our inexpensive family bottle for connoisseurs and gourmets.
The Aceto Balsamico is the classic of the Italian region of Modena, which has long since found its way into Germany and can no longer be missing in any kitchen. Characteristics are its dark color and sweet and sour taste. The name refers to the fragrant character (balsamic means "fragrance") of this vinegar.
Our balsamic vinegar is particularly distinguished by the fact that it has only a very slight sour note in the aftertaste.
Perfect with salads, mixed to vinaigrette with salt, pepper and olive oil. It is also excellent to add to appetizers such as tomato mozarella, carpaccio or bruschetta.
The sweet and sour taste also enhances desserts such as creams and creates an interesting contrast.
In our economical 500ml family bottle with pointed cork. The unusual square shape of our bottle allows particularly beautiful color games. Also always welcome as a small gift.
Our pointed corks are pure natural products from sustainable harvest. They were cut from the bark in one piece, then heated at more than 65 degrees (core temperature) for several hours and are thus thermally disinfected (no poisons or chemicals, only heat).
