Why the items I received is bad/broken?
All the items are tested by our technical people. All the items are tested to be OK, then sent out by us.
As the bulbs/lights are electrical items, it has some defect rate. It is normal. Also because of long distance transportation from opposite side of the earth, it can also cause the item broken or scratched or the wire broken.
How will you solve if found defect(broken) items?
If found any defect after received items, please send mail to us with the photos of defect items, we will make a refund or resend new items to you, or we pay the repair charges for you.
