This was used in a ATV (Tv) station for video enhancement and audio / video selection on the input of a ATV transmitter.
You will Have to make or supply a 12vdc power source for it, Device accepts an 1/8 audio style power plug with positive 12vdc tip polarity input for power (MFJ got weird on these )
Accepts 4 video and audio RCA inputs.
Has controls for fade, enhance, and noise cancel.
