    Anna Van Briggle Bowl & Flower Frog
    "Siren of the Sea"

    Rare "Siren of the Sea" Anna Van Briggle Center Bowl or Console Bowl and Flower Frog.  Outstanding in her iconic turquoise glaze, an amazing
    Mid Century pottery piece. A mermaid is perched on one side of the clam shell bowl and the interior features a flying fish and removable nautilus flower frog. Both pieces are marked.
    Bowl measures 12 3/4" at the widest point and is 7 3/4" to the top of the mermaid's head. The flower frog measures 5" by 4 1/4".
    This would be a wonderful addition to any Van Briggle or Mid Century pottery display or as a beautiful centerpiece.
    Excellent condition, cracks or restorations. HOWEVER! please refer to the last 2 photographs there is a minor flake to the glaze in the bottom of the bowl and there is a scuff mark on the back of  the bowl!
