    Description

    Stangl Pink Thistle Lug Soup Bowl. These 1950-1967 bowls were originally designed by Kay Hackett. Although Martin Stangl disapproved (thinking a thistle was a weed), this pattern became one of their bestselling patterns. The bowls that are stamped "Sample" were used by salesmen. 2 bowls show some discoloration - see photographs.
