Vintage Heathkit Seneca Model VHF-1 Radio Transmitter powers on. Condition is "Used". Cosmetically the unit does have some scratches small Rusty spots the faceplate is in great shape all the knobs are there tuning needle moves back and forth nicely all knobs seem to function as they should inside it's a little Dusty missing most of its tubes this unit how to cut cord when I found it I attached the cord to it briefly just to see if it would power on and yes it does power on that is the only testing I have done if item comes as is please message me with any questions
