If I understood correctly, Van Briggle Co. dates this piece 1940's - 1960 It's 5 1/4" end to end, 2 1/2" at widest part and approx. 2 5/8" high.
Blue Pottery with a matte finish
Looks kind of like open flower petals low vase
All  in  nice condition free of  chips bites  or crazing.
You are seeing all sides.  Underside has Van Briggle Colo. Spgs and trademarks as shown
