VAN BRIGGLE bowl with frog
very pretty, no chips
due to the handling of packages by some carriers, any damages are to be handled by the buyer.  I will insure it and pack it properly but the post office's new idea of a claim is for the buyer to bring it to the post office. So. buyer has to submit the claim.  This is after my submitting the claim online and the buyer threw a smashed item out.  I'm sorry but this is what my recent experience has brought me to.
