Here we have:
A commercial grade, heavy duty water sprayer head with the grip-lever valve. It's the overhead type found in restaurants, hotels, etc. in the dishwashing section with sinks. Also good for grooming pets at home or for vets; just add hose and water. It's new and has the little screen and washer. Found with the chrome ring for (?) -- perhaps to control the overhead hose. The hose connection is 22mm o.d. or .87 ins. and probably standard. I find no name or maker, but it's HD chrome plated and the valve lever works smoothly, no clicks or hang-ups. Valve closes and opens air flow from blown-in air.
